회계학과

김범준 교수는 서울대학교 경영학과에서 학사 및 석사학위를 받은 후 한국공인회계사로서 삼정회계법인과 삼일PwC컨설팅에서 회계 감사와 기업가치평가 및 원가 관리 회계 분야 컨설팅을 수행하였으며, 정보통신정책연구원(KISDI)에서 통신정책수립에 참여하였다.  2014년 서울대학교 경영학과에서 회계학 전공으로 박사학위를 받고 2015년부터 가톨릭대학교에서 회계학 연구와 강의를 하고 있다.  과학기술정보통신부 회계전문위원회 위원장 및 데이터가치평가자문위원으로서 ICT산업 발전에 기여하고 있으며, 공로를 인정받아 방송통신위원장 표창과 과학기술정보통신부 장관 표창을 수상하였다. 또한, 한국거래소 코스닥시장 기업심사위원을 역임하고 현재 공시위원장으로  자본시장의 건전한 발전을 위해 기여하고 있다.  주요 연구 분야는 성과평가와 보상, 환경(E), 사회(S), 지배구조(G) 및 회계감사이며, 회계학 분야 국제 저명학술지인 European Accounting Review, Auditing-A Journal of Practice and Theory, ILR Review, Journal of Management Accounting Research 등에 논문을 게재하였다. 한국회계학회 회계저널 우수논문상, 한국회계정보학회 최우수논문상, 한국국제회계학회 우수논문상을 수상하였다. 

Dr. Kim Bum-Joon is a professor in the Department of Accounting at The Catholic University of Korea. After earning his bachelor's and master's degrees in Business Administration from Seoul National University, he worked as a Certified Public Accountant at Samjong Accounting Corp and Samil PwC Consulting, In 2014, he received his Ph.D. in Accounting from the Department of Business Administration at Seoul National University. He has served as the chairman of the Accounting Expert Committee of the Ministry of Science for which he has been awarded commendations by the Chairman of the Korea Communications Commission and the Minister of Science and ICT. Additionally, he has served as a corporate review committee member for the KOSDAQ market at the Korea Exchange and is currently the chairman of the Disclosure Committee. His main research areas are performance evaluation and compensation, ESG, Auditing and he has published papers in internationally renowned academic journals in the field of accounting, such as the European Accounting Review, Auditing: A Journal of Practice and Theory, ILR Review, and the Journal of Management Accounting Research. He has received the Outstanding Paper Award from the Korean Accounting Association, the Best Paper Award from the Korean Accounting Information Association, and the Outstanding Paper Award from the Korean International Accounting Association.

이세용 교수는 서울대학교 경영대학에서 학사, 석사, 박사과정을 졸업하였다. 졸업 후 한국회계기준원(KAI)에서 회계기준 제정 업무를 수행하였으며 이후 가톨릭관동대학교 경영학과 교수를 역임하였다. 2023년 3월에 가톨릭대학교 회계학과에 부임한 이후 지금까지 본교에서 회계학원론, 중급회계1, 중급회계2, 재무제표분석 과목을 강의해 오고 있다. 가톨릭대학교에 재직하면서 공인회계사 1차시험 출제위원, 5급 및 7급 공무원 공개채용 면접위원, 7급 공무원 공개채용 시험 출제위원, 감정평가사 1차시험 출제위원 등을 역임하였고 부천시와 관련하여 부천시 계약심의위원회 등 여러 위원회의 평가위원을 역임하였다. 학계에서는 한국회계정보학회, 한국회계정책학회, 글로벌경영학회 등의 부회장직을 수행하고 있으며 한국회계학회에서는 평생교육위원회 위원장을 역임하고 있다. 학교에서는 경력개발본부장, LINC사업단 기업종합지원센터장,  학생취업지원처장직을 수행하였고 현재는 특성화고등을 졸업한 재직자를 대상으로 하는 글로벌경영대학 학장으로 재직 중이다. 연구 관심분야는 회계정보가 갖는 질적 특성에 대한 것으로 현재는 기업고유이익(firm-specific earnings)과 산업이익(industry-wide earnings)의 질적 특성 차이에 대해 연구를 진행하고 있다.

세법(국세분야) 및 세무회계에 관심을 가지고 연구 및 강의를 담당하고 있다. 2002년 고려대학교 경영대학에서 '이연법인세와 추가적 이익조정에 관한 연구'로 경영학 박사학위를 받았다. 1991년부터 2004년까지 삼일회계법인 등 국내 회계법인에서 공인회계사/세무사로서 감사 및 세법분야의 실무경험을 쌓았고, 2004년부터 가톨릭대학교 회계학과에 부임하여 현재까지 재직하고 있다. 그간 교내에서는 기획부처장, 기획처장 등을 역임하였으며, 현재는 경영대학원장으로 봉사하고 있다. 교외활동으로는 서울지방국청 국세심사위원, 국세청국세심사위원, 조세심판원 비상임위원 등 세법분야에서 주로 활동하였으며  한국세무학회, 조세법학회, 조세포럼 등 조세관련 학회의 부회장직을 역임하였다. 그외 디자인진흥원 비상임감사, 기획재정부 공기업경영평가위원, 방송통신사업자선정 심사위원, 경기도 공기업 경영평가위원 등을 역임하였다. 현재 신한투자증권 사외이사(감사위원장)로 재직 중이며, KT&G 복지재단/재단법인 포항산업과학연구(RIST)/재단법인 국립오페라단 비상임감사 등 주로 비영리법인 관련분야에서 사회에 봉사하고 있다. 

He is interested in tax law and tax accounting and is in charge of research and lectures. In 2002, he obtained a Ph.D. in business administration from Korea University. From 1991 to 2004, he gained practical experience in the audit and tax fields as a CPA at big 4 accounting firms such as Samil Accounting Firm, and from 2004, he was appointed to the Department of Accounting at Catholic University and has been serving until now. He has served as the head of the budget & planning department on campus, and is currently serving as the head of the business academy. As out of campus activities, he has worked mainly in the tax law field, including the National Tax Review Committee,  the Tax Tribunal's non-executive member, and served as a vice chairman at tax-related societies such as the Korean Tax Association, the Tax Law Association, and the Tax Forum. He has served as a non-executive auditor of the Korea Design Promotion Agency, a public enterprise management evaluation committee member of the Ministry of Strategy and Finance, a broadcasting and telecommunications business operator selection evaluation committee, and is currently serving as an outside director (chairman of the audit committee) at Shinhan Investment & Securities. In addition, he is a non-executive auditor of the KT&G Welfare Foundation/Foundation Pohang Industrial Science Research Institute(RIST).

한국공인회계사, 미국공인회계사, 세무사, 미국선물거래사 자격증을 가지고 있으며, 기업가치평가 분야에서는 회계사의 회계사로 불린다. 기업가치평가와 기업분석 관련하여 9권 이상 다수의 저서를 출간하여 2021년 저술분야에서 저명교수로 선정되었다. 
기업가치평가 등 가치평가분야에서 주로 활동 및 연구 하고 있다. 한국공인회계사회 가치평가위원회 위원장, 한국회계학회 공정가치회계위원회 위원장을 역임하였으며 국민연금, 사학연금, 경찰공제회, 한국성장금융, 한국벤처투자, 건설공제조합, 한국전력, 한국서부발전, 한국석유공사, 농업정책보험금융원, 제주국제자유도시개발센터, 근로복지공단, 서울주택도시공사,  한국토지주택공사 등의 투자심의위원회에서 활동하였다. 한국거래소에서 기업심사위원회, 주가지수운영위원회, 상장공시위원회 위원으로도 활동하였다.  
Deloitte 안진회계법인 감사본부에서 근무를 하다가 1996년  미국 Washington University in St. Louis로 MBA 유학을 떠났으며 2006년 모교인 고려대학교에서 경영학박사 학위를 받았다. Deloitte 안진회계법인 감사본부, EY 한영회계법인 국제본부, 한국씨티은행 기업여신심사팀, 신한금융투자 기업금융본부, 삼성화재 기업연금파트에서 근무를 하다가 2008년 가톨릭대학교 회계학과에 부임하였다. 
가치평가와 재무분석 분야에서 저명교수, 회계사의 회계사, 명품강의로 알려져 있다. 

- Holds certifications as a Korean Certified Public Accountant, USA Certified Public Accountant, Tax Accountant, and USA Futures Trader, and is called an accountant's accountant in the field of corporate valuation. 
- Has published more than 9 books related to corporate valuation and corporate analysis, and was selected as a distinguished professor in the writing field in 2021.
- Mainly engage in activities and research in the field of valuation, including corporate valuation. 
- After working at the Audit Department of Deloitte in Seoul, I moved to Washington University in St. Louis in 1996 for studying MBA and received a doctorate in business administration from Korea University, in 2006. 
- Worked at the Audit Department of Deloitte in Seoul, the International Department of Ernst & Young in Seoul, the Corporate Loan Review Team of Citibank Korea, the Investment Banking Department of Shinhan Investment Corp., and the Corporate Pension Department of Samsung Fire & Marine Insurance before joining the Department of Accounting at the Catholic University of Korea in 2008.
- Known as a distinguished professor, an accountant's accountant, and a premium lecturer in the field of valuation and financial analysis.

안성윤 교수는 서울대학교 소비자아동학(경영학 부전공) 학사, 서울대학교 경영학 석사, 고려대학교 경영학 박사 학위를 받았으며 미국공인회계사 시험에 합격하였다. 2010년 가톨릭대학교 회계학과 교수로 임용된 후 재무회계 전문가로서 중급회계, 금융상품회계, 정부회계, AI와회계데이터분석 강의를 담당하고 있고, 회계정보 유용성, 재무건전성, 이익조정, 신용평가, 가치평가 등의 연구를 이어오고 있다. 한국회계학회 미래회계위원장과 미래교육위원장, 한국정부회계학회 연구위원장 등을 역임하였고, 금융위원회 회계제도심의위원, 행정안전부 지방회계제도심의위원, 한국지방재정공제회 경영자문위원, 경기도·부천시·용인시·고양시·김포시 각종 심의·평가위원, 금융감독원·인사혁신처 출제·면접위원, 부천도시공사 임원추천위원 등의 활동을 수행하였다.

안성희 교수는 고려대학교 경영학과에서 학사학위를 받았으며, 경희대학교 회계세무학과에서 경영학 석사 및 박사 학위를 취득하였다. 안성희 교수는 한국공인회계사(KICPA)로서, 학사학위 취득 후 삼일회계법인에서 기업가치평가, 회계감사, M&A 등 재무 컨설팅 업무를 수행하였다. 이후 한국개발연구원(KDI)에서 PPP사업의 타당성조사 및 정책연구를 수행하였으며, 그 공로를 인정받아 기획재정부 장관 표창을 수상한 바 있다. 주요 연구분야는 자본시장에서의 회계정보 유용성, 사업결합회계, 가상자산 회계 등 재무회계 분야 연구와 조세 정책 연구이다.  JBFA등 국내외 저명학술지에 다수의 논문을 게재하였으며, 한국회계학회의 회계학연구 우수논문상, 한국회계정보학회 최우수논문상을 수상한 바 있다. 한국회계기준원 질의회신 연석회의 위원, 국세심사위원, 회계사  등 자격시험의 출제위원으로도 활동하였다.
